Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited U.S. shipping is $14.95 per order. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long will my order take?

Our items are made to order. Please check the product page for its production time before ordering. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping takes 3–4 business days and expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates for a flat $24.95 per order. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible standard items within 21 days of delivery. You may carefully open and inspect an item as you would in a store. To remain eligible, it must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging, tags, protective materials, and included parts. Please contact us before sending a return.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

How do I return an item?

Contact us to request return authorization and instructions before mailing the item. After authorization, pack it securely with all original materials and follow the approved return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Can I exchange an item?

We offer exchanges for eligible items and for products that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

How long does a return or exchange take?

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once an order ships, the return policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
