1. What are the shipping options available for my order?

We offer standard ground shipping and expedited shipping options. You can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs at checkout.

 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

Every piece is handmade to order, so orders typically arrive within 8 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 3–4 business days once your order ships; expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes. We currently ship to Canada, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates for a flat $24.95 per order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Our free shipping offer applies to U.S. orders only.

 

4. How much does shipping cost?

 

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited U.S. shipping is $14.95 per order. International shipping to Canada, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates is a flat $24.95 per order. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
